Architect house, on the sand, delivered in July 2014, with a garden with trees and flowers, a garage. Comfort. Reverse air conditioning (heat pump). Large space upstairs, very bright. Modern kitchen, fully equipped (Siemens). Quality bedding. Beautiful Italian shower on the ground floor and bathroom upstairs. 2 separate toilets.
Beautiful pergola of 30 m2 offering an additional room open, partially glazed. At the back of the house a tiled slab of 9 m2 offering another space for rest.
Quiet place and very pleasant for young and old. In this little paradise that is Racou.
A deposit is required to the tenants on arrival. 1000 euros of which a part in cash (50%). Refundable deposit after the end of the stay. Kind of protection or guarantee for the owner if degradation or breakage.
